The Minor in German offers students a background
in the language through the advanced undergraduate level;
an introduction to the study of German literary classics;
and a knowledge of the history of German culture.

| The Minor in
German is available to students in any College. NOTE:
GER 104, 211, 212, 331, 332, and 401 are offered every
semester; GER 320, 420 and 465 in the Fall semester only;
GER 321 and 402 in the Spring semester only. GER 470,
471, 472, 473, 474 are offered on a rotating basis - at
least one is offered each semester. To declare a minor,
